Working Principle

Mainly by liquid resistors, circulation cooling device and electric control system, etc. Applied to fan and pump type load, and by adjusting motor rotor loop is charged with the three-phase liquid resistance to realize stepless speed regulating of motor, Applied rolling mill load, through changing the liquid resistance to control instantaneous surging current, and reduce temperature rising of motor, so as to protect motors.

 

Performance and Features

1.It has less starting current, and no impact for power grid;

2.Starting current is less than 1.3 times of rated current, to lower the capacity of transformer.

3.It can start under low voltage, the motor is assured to run normally by the power grid voltage, then starting smoothly;

4.It can work continuously for 5~10 times;

5.Starting is smooth, mechanical stress impact is little. Motors and driving machineries can be protected effectively;

6.Running energy saving rate for 20 ~ 50% (fan and pump class load);

7.Stepless speed regulating, the speed ratio about fan and pump class load is 2:1; Rolling mill load is S≤0.12.
